Recently, the full length expansion unit of the new energy pipe production line developed by Huajin Company has successfully passed the customer's pre acceptance.
On April 6-9, 2023, members of the expansion machine project team of China Petroleum Baoshi Shun (Qinhuangdao) Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baoshi Shun Company") conducted a pre acceptance of the full length expansion unit of the new energy pipe production line produced by Huajin Company. The project team of Baoshun Company first inspected the appearance of the supplied equipment, then checked and counted according to the supply details. Finally, at the equipment assembly site, the equipment was used to gradually expand the straight seam welded pipe (model: diameter 610mm, length 12.5 meters). At the pre acceptance summary meeting, the project team members of Baoshi Shun Company gave high praise to the equipment produced by Huajin Company, and ultimately concluded that the appearance and performance of the full-length expansion unit meet the pre acceptance standards.
Since receiving the bid notification, Huajin Company has established a special project team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of the project, develop detailed project implementation plans, and set time nodes and target requirements for important links. From the main body design to the completion of each part of the equipment production process, for each important link, the members of the Huajin special team will hold a meeting for full communication and agreement. After several months, the production of the full-length expansion unit equipment has been successfully completed. After the company's quality inspection department confirms the final inspection of the equipment, it will be shipped to the customer's unit for assembly and debugging. The completion of this equipment marks a new journey for Huajin Company in the field of full length expansion units for new energy pipe manufacturing equipment.
