Product Description

The principle of a steel pipe finishing machine is to apply strong pressure from the outside to the round pipe that has been finished, and the steel pipe material flows within the range of the finishing mold cavity to improve the out of roundness of the steel pipe and meet the requirements of standards such as API5L.
After equipping the main machine of the round pipe finishing machine with a finishing mold that matches the specifications of the round pipe to be finished, the round pipe that needs to be finished can be sent into the finishing mold by segment, thus completing the longitudinal length of the steel pipe and the 360 degree circumference of the steel pipe segment by segment.
This machine is equipped with a downward moving three beam and four column hydraulic press as the main engine for precision pipe finishing. There are 5 sets of adjustable conveying roller tracks and 2 sets of adjustable rotating roller tracks in the front and rear of the main engine.
