On July 12th, PetroChina Julong Steel Pipe Company conducted final inspection and acceptance work on the 500 # expanding rod assembly of the Dutch FONTIJINE GROTNES company's expanding machine produced by our company.
FONTIJINE GROTNES, a Dutch company, uses a new type of double headed nut connection for the expanding rod of the expanding machine. A threaded coil is used between the nut and the rod thread to reduce wear and vibration, effectively avoiding fatigue failure caused by direct thread connection. Double headed nuts and pull rod threads were successfully conquered by Luo Jun, a senior engineer from China Ordnance Industry Group Jianglu Group, who was hired by the company as an external expert. Luo Jun, a senior engineer, is a highly skilled person who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council, the National May Day Labor Medal, the National model worker and other honorary winners.
