(5) Programmable Control Center (PLC)

The programmable control center is a key component of the straightening machine. The complex and orderly actions of the straightening machine are all completed under its program control. The PLC and accounting machine processing system communicate with each other and coordinate to control the orderly clamping, measurement, selection of straightening parts, pressurization and correction of various performance components. Vector differentiation correction can establish different correction models in different directions for correction, effectively solving the problem of difficult alignment of such workpieces.

In terms of software completion, we chose C++BUILDER 6.0 programming. The performance of C language application in industrial control has made our software package perform well in terms of code execution speed and stability. The fully Chinese human-computer interaction interface is more in line with the usage habits of Chinese people, making it easier for operators to understand and grasp. A detailed online electronic graphic and text help system can help beginners quickly grasp the essentials of operation. The storage of workpiece parameters that can be freely expanded satisfies the requirement of one machine for multiple uses. A comprehensive self diagnosis system for faults can enable operators to quickly identify equipment faults. The measurement of dynamic waveform display can intuitively detect surface defects such as roundness errors, burrs, pits, etc. of the workpiece. What is valuable is that we have the ability to redevelop the entire system and a skilled team, and even the ability to plan specifically for special workpieces and reasonable requirements from users, achieving interaction with users in terms of skills, in order to effectively utilize the equipment's functions and power.
