On July 24, 2022, the Department of Science and Technology of Hunan Province issued a notice on the proposed general projects for the 2021 Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Award. The Key Technology and Equipment Project for High Temperature and High Precision Forming of Large Diameter and Ultra High Strength Welded Pipes, jointly applied by our company and Hunan University of Science and Technology, has been comprehensively evaluated by the 7th Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Award Committee and awarded the second prize of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2021.
This is the second time that the company's technical team has won the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. The company has always adhered to the development concept of technology first, taking technological innovation and independent research and development as important measures to improve the company's core competitiveness. Through strong alliances with universities, research institutes, and large backbone enterprises, the company fully leverages the resource advantages of both parties and gathers experts in mechanical design, metal materials and heat treatment, hydraulic and pneumatic technology, material forming and control engineering, welding technology and engineering, electrical automation, and non-destructive testing, forming a strong technology research and development team. At present, the metal pipe equipment products produced by the company have replaced imports from Germany, using more mature and reliable components and modular structures than Germany, to maximize the automation and production efficiency of the expanding machine. Continuous technological innovation is driving the high-quality development of the company, making it one of the few domestic suppliers of metal pipe equipment that can replace imports.
