In order to strengthen the performance evaluation of the construction of expert workstations in Hunan Province, improve the operational quality of workstations, promote talent cultivation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the Hunan Association for Science and Technology organized experts to conduct an assessment and evaluation of 63 provincial-level expert workstations for the year 2022 on June 2, 2023. After a comprehensive evaluation from five aspects, including the work situation of experts at the station, the guarantee situation of the construction unit, the construction effect, the satisfaction of the on-site experts, and whether significant technological breakthroughs have been achieved, combined with centralized evaluation and on-site spot checks, 10 expert workstations, including Xiangtan Huajin Heavy Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., with excellent and high ranking results, were selected as "2023 Hunan Province Model Expert Workstations".

At the same time, the company is equipped with dedicated testing fixtures for workstations, and has purchased various high-precision material analysis and testing instruments, advanced CNC machining equipment, and put them into use. Since the establishment of Huajin Heavy Equipment Expert Workstation, the enterprise has passed certifications such as IS09001:2015 Quality Management System, IS014001:2015 Environmental System, and IS045001:2018 Occupational Health System; The "Huajin Heavy Industry" trademark was rated as a "well-known brand in Hunan Province" in 2022; The enterprise technology center established by the company has been recognized by the Xiangtan Engineering Technology Research Center and a provincial-level enterprise technology center in 2022; The key technology and equipment for high-temperature and high-precision forming of large-diameter and ultra-high strength welded pipes won the second prize of the 2022 Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; The newly developed 18M/1500T full pipe mechanical expansion unit has overcome the "bottleneck" key technology, broken foreign technological monopolies, and achieved the first substitution of imported high-end equipment with domestic equipment in the construction of PetroChina's new energy pipe production line.

In the next stage, the workstation will fully utilize the leading domestic and international technological level of Wan Buyan experts and their innovative team in the field of marine mineral resource exploration technology and equipment, develop technology and equipment for expanding and forming ocean pipelines, firmly grasp China's ocean pipeline expanding technology, and further promote the development and localization level of China's high-end deep-sea oil and gas pipeline manufacturing equipment technology.
