Xiangtan Huajin Heavy Equipment's "1500T/18.3M Steel Pipe Full Length Expansion Unit" was successfully awarded the title of "Hunan Provincial Industrial New Products (First Batch)" for the year 2024.
The award-winning 1500T/18.3M steel pipe full-length expanding machine has successfully overcome the technical difficulties of low-speed friction plastic forming technology, online expanding and straightening technology, expanding process control and intelligent real-time monitoring technology, and expanding technology for 18.3-meter ultra long steel pipes, breaking the technological monopoly of foreign countries. The design and manufacturing level of this unit is in a leading position among domestic equipment, comparable to imported equipment, and has reached the international advanced level. This is the first independently developed manufacturing equipment in China that can expand the full length of 18.3-meter straight seam submerged arc welded pipes.
