ince its establishment in 2016, the Expert Committee of the Shanghai Steel Pipe Industry Association has organized a group of senior experts in steel pipe production in the Yangtze River Delta region. These experts have worked in the steel pipe industry for many years, each with their own characteristics, and have deep expertise in various aspects of the steel pipe industry, which is recognized by various member enterprises of the association. Since the establishment of the Professional Committee, experts have provided a large amount of professional consultation and services on the market operation, technical equipment, and other aspects of the steel pipe industry for members and non member units of the association, and have received high praise. After research by the council, in order to further improve the technical consulting services of the enterprise, expand the service content and quality, it is agreed that the following seven experts will be newly selected for the work of the expert committee at all levels. This is hereby announced. Each member enterprise can provide consulting services to the expert committee based on their own professional needs.

Zhang Zhonghua

Professor level senior engineer, part-time doctoral supervisor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, enjoying special government allowances from the State Council. The current Director and Assistant General Manager of the Steel Pipe Technology Center and Business Unit of Baosteel Central Research Institute, Chief Researcher of Baosteel Group, and Technical Business Expert of Baosteel Group. The scientific and technological achievements have won multiple provincial and municipal level and above scientific and technological awards, including the National Science and Technology Progress Special Award, the Second Prize for Technological Invention, the First Prize for Technological Invention in Shanghai, the Second and Third Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress in Shanghai, and the Third Prize for Metallurgical Science and Technology. I have also received honors such as the Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award, National Excellent Science and Technology Worker, China Youth Science and Technology Award, Shanghai Model Worker, Shanghai Leading Talent, Shanghai State owned Enterprise Technology Innovation Leader, and Shanghai Excellent Technology Leader. In 2013, he/she was selected as a member of the National Human Resources and Social Security Ministry's 2013 National Talent Project and awarded the honorary title of "Young Expert with Outstanding Contributions".

Cai Zhigang

Zhejiang Jiuli Special Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Nuclear Precision Division, Chief Engineer, Senior Engineer, Graduate.

Has won multiple provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards, China Nuclear Energy Industry Association's scientific and technological progress award, Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Progress Award, Zhejiang Province Excellent New Product Award, Zhejiang Province Excellent New Product Award, Huzhou City Science and Technology Progress Award, Huzhou City Youth Science and Technology Award, Huzhou City Outstanding Inventor, won two key technology research and industrialization funds for the localization of nuclear safety grade high-performance special alloy pipes, stainless steel pipe professional paper "The Influence of Fine Grain Bands in 690 Alloy Forged Bars on the Structure of Finished Pipes", as well as patents, standard formulation, and led multiple product technology research and development projects.

Vice Secretary General of the National Pressure Pipeline Standardization Technical Committee, Professor level Senior Engineer, and State Council Special Allowance Expert.

Mainly engaged in research on pressure pipelines; Pressure vessels; Engineering design; Standard specifications; Materials; High strength, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature nickel based alloys, titanium and its manufacturing, welding, inspection. Previously served as the editor in chief of 15 standard specification documents, including GB20801-2006 Pressure Pipeline Code - Industrial Pipeline Implementation Guidelines.
