1. A typical machine can adjust the diameter to 48-51mm. Steel pipes larger than this range cannot be straightened using this machine to avoid damaging the machine. Straightening steel pipes smaller than this range may not achieve the desired effect, so it is not recommended to use them.
2. Before straightening, a general inspection of the steel pipe should be conducted, mainly including whether there is welding, severe deformation or flattening. Such steel pipes need to be manually processed before using this machine for straightening.
3. When feeding steel pipes, use your hands to level them. When the steel pipes automatically move forward, release your hands and keep away from both sides of the steel pipes. When the steel pipes come out, hold them and walk forward synchronously. If the alignment does not meet the requirements, the top screws can be adjusted appropriately.
4. If the steel pipe suddenly does not rotate or does not move forward, immediately press the stop button and then press the reverse button to allow the steel pipe to retract. After cutting off the power, check for faults and troubleshoot before continuing to use.
5. After use, the paint box should be cleaned thoroughly to prevent the paint from drying and affecting the effectiveness of use.
