Product Introduction: This expanding machine is one of the five main machines on the production line of large-diameter straight seam submerged arc welded pipes. It consists of a power oil cylinder, a cantilever rod, an expanding head, a cantilever bracket, and a pipe delivery car. The expansion head is composed of a multi sided wedge block, which is pulled into the fan-shaped blocks arranged on the expansion head through a pull rod, forcing them to expand along the inner wall of the steel pipe to meet the expansion size requirements and achieve straightening over the entire length. This method ensures the consistency of the surface of the steel pipe, regardless of the current material of the steel pipe. The expansion rate is 1% to 1.5% of the diameter.
The product function adopts the principle of mechanical expansion, gradually expanding the steel pipe through the expansion head to ensure that the ovality, straightness, and size of the steel pipe meet technical requirements and eliminate residual internal stress.
