The constant contact measurement equipment detects the appearance runout (TIR value) of the measured point position of the workpiece. The differential transformer displacement sensor with small signal amplification function transmits the detected data along with the phase data collected by the pulse encoder to the data acquisition system of the accounting machine.
4. Then, by calculating the detailed bending degree of the workpiece, the detection data is processed by the measurement and control system, and the control parameters for straightening and correction are provided. Then, the straightening machine PLC controls the servo speed control motor to drive the reverse to the top or collision wheel, so that the direction of the workpiece bending point is vertically upward.
5. Follow the corresponding action of the hydraulic cylinder to drive the straightening machine head to press down the workpiece and complete a straightening cycle. After re measurement, if the straightness of the workpiece meets the requirements, the straightening machine completes the straightening cycle and emits an audible and visual alarm signal. If the straightness is still unsatisfactory, the above straightening cycle process needs to be continued.
