Working principle:
Active straightening machine is an active detection and straightening equipment designed for shaft and rod products that undergo bending and deformation after heat treatment. It is a high-tech product that integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and accounting machine measurement and analysis. It has excellent technical functions and can achieve high measurement accuracy, fast production pace, and strong adaptability of workpieces. It can accurately measure the radial runout of pure circular and D-shaped sections of shaft and rod workpieces, as well as the indexing circle of gears or splines.
After aligning the shaft, the workpiece is clamped by the active reverse center and the passive reverse center, and is driven by a speed regulating motor to rotate. It is transmitted to the passive reverse center through the workpiece, and together with the movable support, a measuring device connected to the movable support detects the total runout (TIR) of the workpiece surface. The photoelectric encoder of the passive reverse center measures the direction of the total runout of the workpiece surface. Based on this data, the accounting machine determines the direction and direction of the workpiece's large curvature, issues instructions to stop the workpiece from rotating when the large curvature point is facing upwards, and calculates the correction amount based on the TIR amplitude and set parameters. This completes the correction of the workpiece, including the clamping and loosening of the workpiece, the selection of movable support positions, the movement of the workpiece table, and the fast and slow feeding of the punch. The JE series active straightening machines for shafts can be divided into two types based on the host structure method: C-type and door type. The main body of the C-type straightening machine adopts an open frame structure. The characteristics of this model are simple structure, small footprint (installing the electrical control cabinet in the main body), good adaptability to ultra long (≥ 900mm) workpieces, and significant advantages in large tonnage products. The main body of the door type straightening machine adopts a closed frame structure. The characteristics of this model are uniform appearance, compact structure, good rigidity of the main body, fast movement speed of the oil cylinder, high straightening power, small inertia of the oil cylinder movement, small positioning errors, and easy installation of equipment on the active assembly line. This structure is generally used for straightening shorter workpieces and smaller tonnage straightening machines. By using an active loading and unloading organization, full active straightening can be completed.
These two models have no emphasis on application and can be selected in any industry. The difference lies in the actual operational requirements. For example, if the planned tonnage is relatively large, a C-type machine can be selected, and if the workpiece is too long, a C-type machine can be selected. However, if the power requirement for straightening operation is high and the workpiece is not very long, a gantry machine can be selected. In terms of operation method, the C-type rack active straightening machine adopts a fixed orientation of the pressure head organization, and switches the axial straightening point of the workpiece through the method of motor driven gear and rack organization control and moving the worktable,; The door type straightening machine uses a fixed workbench and a motor driven ball screw to control the movement of the pressure head organization to switch the axial straightening points of the workpiece. The pressure head moves quickly and the system inertia is small. When switching the axial straightening points of the workpiece, the positioning of the door type machine is better than that of the C-type machine. When there is satisfactory space around the alignment point, the two models are not significantly different.
The positioning and clamping components on the workbenches of the C-type straightening machine and the door type straightening machine are planned in a block style to adapt to various movable supports, measuring units, conflict driving equipment, and equipment and adjustments of the type reversal center. This also facilitates the maintenance and replacement of vulnerable parts, and is more conducive to users switching and expanding the straightening process of new product parts.
