（2） Hydraulic control system
The hydraulic system of the straightening machine is composed of pump stations, hydraulic valve groups, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic control circuits. Because the key components of the hydraulic system are selected from international companies such as YUKEN from Japan, ATOS from Italy, and NORTHMAN from Taiwan, ensuring the operation, stability, and reliability of the hydraulic system. When the straightening machine is in standby mode, the unique energy-saving unloading method planning is more suitable for the wide regional climate differences in China, ensuring that the active straightening function can operate continuously at a suitable operating temperature in any area.
（3） Pneumatic control unit
The pneumatic control circuit composed of pneumatic triplets, pressure relays, containerized valve groups, and actuating cylinders constitutes the pneumatic unit of the straightening machine. The pneumatic unit is primarily responsible for controlling and performing actions such as clamping, positioning, sorting, and transportation of workpieces. There is a directional detection switch on each cylinder used to reflect the performance of actions to the system, facilitating the control of the action process and fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. Pneumatic components are primarily selected from international companies such as SMC from Japan, FESTO from Germany, and SHAKO from Taiwan, with flexible and reliable movements and long service life. （4） Workpiece diameter jump detection unit
The mechanical lever type measurement amplification organization, high-precision displacement and angle sensors, precise speed control motor, and measurement probe constitute the workpiece radial jump detection unit. The measuring probe can use various methods such as ultra hard round rod measuring tappets, fully open or semi open accommodating measuring pieces, and high-precision standard gears to accurately measure the radial runout of pure circular sections, D-shaped sections of shaft type workpieces, and the indexing circles of gears or splines. Complex and meticulous planning ensures the accuracy and practicality of measurement.
